Fezziwig Bed & Breakfast

Arrival Time:
Check in time is between 2PM and 8PM. Parents and students coming from the University of RI or from other distant points, can have accommodations made to suite their arrival time.

Parking:
We have private off-street parking to accommodate all guests.

Departure Time:
Check out time is no later than 11 A.M. 

Safety:
Visitors are expected to maintain a calm and respectful behavior throughout their stay at Fezziwig Bed and Breakfast. 

Minimum Night Stays:
 We do not require multi-night stays at our Fezziwig. Holidays and special events generally have a two night stay requirement.  Please call or check our reservation availability online.

Seasonal Rates for Fezziwig Bed and Breakfast from May 15 - October 15

• Arcadia Bedroom Sunday – Thursday $101.65 including breakfast and all taxes
• Arcadia Bedroom Friday – Saturday  $112.35 including breakfast and all taxes
• Tea Rose Bedroom Sunday – Thursday $96.30 including breakfast and all taxes
• Tea Rose Bedroom Friday – Saturday $107.00 including breakfast and all taxes

Seasonal Rates for Fezziwig Bed and Breakfast from October 16 - May 14

•  Arcadia Bedroom Sunday – Thursday  $90.95 including breakfast and all taxes
• Arcadia Bedroom Friday – Saturday  $101.65 including breakfast and all taxes
• Tea Rose Bedroom Sunday – Thursday  $85.60 including breakfast and all taxes
• Tea Rose Bedroom Friday – Saturday  $96.30 including breakfast and all taxes

Meals:
A full, hearty breakfast is included in the rate.

Occupancy:
We allow a maximum of 2 adults per room. Families are welcome.

Pets:
Please contact us prior to arrival.

Smoking:
We are non-smoking at Fezziwig.  Smoking is not allowed inside or outside on the grounds. 

Payment Method:
We accept cash and credit cards.

Reservation Policy:
We require a 40% deposit upon registration. You may use a credit card to secure your room and pay the balance upon departure.

Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel your stay with us, you must do so prior to 48 hours before your arrival date. After 48 hours, your 40% deposit will be non refunded.
